Services
Everything it takes to get from idea to aisle.
Some clients need a full launch, start to finish. Others need a sharp strategy, a new name, or a package that finally pulls its weight. Shelf to Stove can lead the whole project or step in exactly where you need us.
Market and Competitive Analysis
Before you pick a fight on the shelf, know who else is in the ring. We map your competitors, their pricing, positioning, and packaging, then find the white space where your product can stand out.
Channel Analysis
Grocery, club, natural, convenience, specialty, or direct to consumer? Each channel has its own math, margins, and buyer expectations. We help you choose where to start and where to grow next, so you don't spend a launch budget in the wrong aisle.
Brand Strategy and Positioning
Who you are, who you serve, and why anyone should care. We define the brand promise, personality, and story that every package, pitch, and post will build on.
Naming
A great name is easy to say, hard to forget, and available to trademark. We develop and vet product and brand names that fit your strategy and work on a package, a menu, and a sell sheet.
Strategic Planning
A clear, realistic roadmap with priorities, timelines, and budgets. Think of it as the recipe: the right ingredients, in the right order, at the right time.
Package and Brand Design
Your package is your hardest-working salesperson, and it works every shift. We create identities and packaging that grab attention in the aisle, communicate fast, and hold up through production with your manufacturer or co-packer.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Pricing, retailer pitch materials, launch timing, promotions, and the plan that ties them together. We help you walk into the buyer meeting with a story and walk out with a plan.
Trade Show Strategy and Management
A trade show is three days to meet a year's worth of buyers, so every square foot has to earn its keep. We decide which shows are worth it, design a booth that stops people in the aisle, and manage everything on site, from setup and samples to staffing and follow-up, so you can focus on the conversations that turn into orders.
Marketing
From launch campaigns to social, sampling, and in-store support, we build marketing that drives trial and keeps customers coming back.

About
Meet the founder
Deborah Ginsburg has spent more than 30 years helping products earn their place on the shelf. Her career has covered nearly every step of the journey: building brands, designing packaging, working alongside retailers and manufacturers on what can actually be produced, and partnering with retailers on what will actually sell.
She has worked with retailers like H-E-B and Wegmans, manufacturers like Refresco (formerly Cott Beverages) and Red Gold, and startups like Banza and The Jackfruit Company. She founded Shelf to Stove to give growing companies the kind of senior guidance usually reserved for the big players.
She believes the best brands are built on honest products, clear thinking, and packaging that tells the truth well.
